Bill Bradley – CEO
25 years of experience building businesses and creating value. Bill was CEO and President of Enlighten Software, a NASDAQ listed Silicon Valley firm. Raising money in the public markets and developing a distribution strategy, Enlighten became a systems management software supplier to IBM, SGI, Intel and others. As CEO and founder of Fortex, Inc., he raised money, formed development partnerships and joint ventured with DuPont for global distribution of the company's patented technology. He has done extensive consulting work including, most recently, for MX Logic managing mergers and acquisitions and building business plans for new company and new product launches. He started his career at IBM. He has a degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Colorado College.
Bill Eager – President/Co-founder
Bill is an Internet and technology trends pioneer. Bill has spent the past 15 years writing, speaking about and implementing electronic communication systems. In 1992 Bill oversaw the development of the first large-scale Intranet in the United States for BASF Corporation, connecting 20,000 employees. Bill has written ten books about the Internet including the best-seller The Complete Idiots Guide to Online Marketing. Bill has helped some of the world’s leading companies including Kaiser Permanente, Novartis, Invesco, RE/MAX and Verizon define Internet strategies that increase revenues, improve productivity and enhance communications. Bill was a founder of Online System Services, which grew from four individuals to more than 150 in less than three years, and had a successful IPO realizing a stock price of $78 per share on NASDAQ. Bill was on the Board of Directors for online travel company World Choice Travel which was acquired by Travelocity; and helped create the business plan for Australian search engine company Mooter.com.
Sue Spielman (aka Dream Weaver) – CTO/Co-Founder
Sue is an industry-leading technology specialist who provides full development and integration of leading-edge enterprise business and web applications. Sue has over 20 years of hands-on technology experience ranging from startup companies to industry leaders including Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, CBS, and the City of Denver. She has designed and architected products that have taken companies through IPO. Her extensive technical background, coupled with a complete understanding of business issues facing today's companies, brings a unique perspective in delivering innovative and successful technology solutions. Sue is an internationally known speaker, the best-selling author of six technology books, and frequently published in industry magazines. Sue holds a MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
Angela Stewart – CMO
20+ years of consumer and business marketing experience and has driven rapid revenue growth through innovative market solutions for both small high-growth companies and large corporations. Angela has held senior executive roles at First Data Corp, Cisco, and MoneyGram International where she was responsible for driving new sources of revenue through new product development, strategic alliances, innovative marketing, and effective sales management. Angela has also held positions as CEO and CMO for several successful internet start-ups. Angela has an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Brian Williams – CFO
Brian has recently held several CFO and Board positions with rapidly growing venture backed companies in the software and technology markets and is well versed in all aspects of executive, financial, and operational management. He has extensive experience raising capital and working with the investment community. His prior background includes senior financial and operational roles with Fortune 100 companies, both domestically and internationally Brian has served in a broad range of strategic and tactical operating positions and brings a unique combination of strong business skills, executive management experience and superior financial qualifications.
Timothy N. Gardner - COO
Mr. Gardner has over 25 years of operating experience with technology, manufacturing, and distribution companies. Mr. Gardner recently served as COO of Composite Tek a former subsidiary of Storage Tek. Prior to that he was Vice President of Sales for two software development companies, Global Commerce Systems and Izodia. Mr. Gardner began his business career in finance, as a commercial loan officer at the Harris Trust and Savings Bank and an investment banker with William Blair & Co. in Chicago, IL. He is currently Chairman of the board of the Southwestern Foundation and serves as President of the board of trustees of St. Anne’s Episcopal School in Denver, Colorado. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Rock Sobolik – Director of Business Development
Rock is a business, sales, and marketing professional whose background includes a 20-year career in the telecommunications industry beginning with AT&T Bell Laboratories. He has been responsible for national accounts and he supported multi-national corporate customers for Lucent Technologies and Avaya. Rock excels at establishing strong business relationships with clients and customers in efforts that develop and drive revenue growth. Rock holds an MBA degree through the University of Phoenix in Denver.
